The band were call Jack Thighs when they recorded this session but had changed their name to Taurus two days before the broadcast.

The last 15 minutes of the show are missing. Only three of the four Thin Lizzy session tracks are on the tape, 'It’s Only Money' would have been played. Motörhead's 'Dance' was not played on the repeat of their FRS session 30 January 1981.

We originally thought there was no show this week as in the first show of 1981 TV gives the tracks from the FNC of “two weeks ago”. — The date of this recording is confirmed by TV mentioning Joe Jackson being on ‘In Concert’ the following day. — In a slight change to the original broadcast, 'Ripples' was replaced by 'Say It's Alright Joe'
